1. Shipping Method

All international orders are shipped via DDP air shipping line. We provide door-to-door double customs clearance service.

All fees are fully covered, including export customs clearance, import customs clearance fees, import duties, and European VAT. No extra fees upon delivery.

2. Processing Time

Handmade production, quality inspection, packaging and shipment will be completed within 2–5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays). A valid tracking number will be sent to your email after shipment.

3. Delivery Time (Working Days)

• USA / Canada: 7–15 working days

• European Countries: 8–15 working days

• Australia / New Zealand: 10–18 working days

• Southeast Asia: 7–10 working days

Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, local peak seasons or holidays.

4. Tax & Duty Guarantee (DDP All-Inclusive)

Our DDP shipping service covers all shipping fees, customs clearance fees, import duties, and European VAT.

Customers do NOT need to pay any additional fees or taxes upon receiving the package.
